“Spin and die,
To live again as butterfly.”

I posted about the symbolism of the Monarch Butterfly with My Scorpio Mandala

“It is time to enjoy the journey and put aside the destination. It’s not about where you will be ‘tomorrow’ or in a year’s time, it is about valuing where you are now, even if you haven’t reached your destination yet. Remember that there is as much wisdom and joy to gain on the way to an imagined or real destination, as there is at the destination itself.”Wildspeak: Monarch Butterfly – Life is Short

I’ve spent a lot of time in solitude this cycle. I finished a novel I’d started months ago. I cleaned up a couple of website pages and made a list of what remains to be done. I feel like I accomplished my goals, plus some. Turns out that my affirmation for this cycle served me well.

The transformation process going on deep inside me is giving me a fresh start; a new life, free of fear and full of beauty.

I am thrilled at the ease I experienced digging for and dealing with some deeply buried feelings.

The gift of introspection has given me the strength to move beyond my fears and look to a fresh start with excitement. I ended my last post with the question, “Have you ever discovered feelings so intense you’d hidden them from yourself?” As I sat down to write this post during the last hours of the 2015 Scorpio lunation cycle, I found my signature quotation for the 2015 Sagittarius cycle which begins tomorrow.

“Something we were withholding made us weak
until we found it was ourselves.”

~ Robert Lee Frost (1874 – 1963) American poet
