This is the phase to investigate your resources relative to your goals. Careful planning now will ensure your success later in the cycle. A review of your psychological strengths and weaknesses will provide the insight needed to determine how best to move forward. Once you have your plan, make a commitment to it.
Anxiety is unusually high this phase. Discomfort arises from two serious conflicts of interest involving others. Tension between the desire for intimacy and the need for personal freedom is best resolved by acknowledging both needs. Uncertainty about the validity of available information makes the situation even more challenging. Use aromatherapy, herbal teas, and soothing foods to calm the nervous system.
Deep tissue massage or other bodywork focused on releasing psychological trauma will be especially beneficial during these few days.
