The Libra lunation cycle puts the focus on your relationship with others. The disseminating phase is the time to exchange information. Combined, these few days offer the opportunity to learn more about, and therefore improve, your ability to relate effectively with others. Express your opinions. Show your ability to stay on topic and speak when appropriate.
This Disseminating phase begins with a strong emotional response to current conditions. When feeling out of control, it is a good idea to look within for solutions before acting out. This is an excellent few days to discuss what you’ve learned about handling and healing deep emotional wounds. During this phase, you have the opportunity to make more sense of this cycle and to teach others what you have learned about how your emotional state impacts your relationships.
Engaging in vigorous activities with others, like dancing or team sports, during this phase will release stress and renew your energy.
