What better month than February to feature the fabulous turquoise toting Queen of Wild Heart Painting, Chris Zydel. I was introduced to Chris’s Intuitive Painting work by a friend in 2008 and was so inspired by her writing and blog posts that a year later, I attended a 5-day Wild Heart Painting as a Spiritual Practice workshop at her studio in Oakland, CA. Since then, I’ve dreamed about enrolling in one of her longer retreats at the Ghost Ranch in New Mexico or the Mountain Home Ranch in California.
Chris writes an inspirational Blog and shares regularly on Facebook and Twitter. I invite you to peruse her website and check out the various work shops and retreats she teaches. She provides all the supplies, feeds you tasty healthy food and keeps the class sizes small. And if travel is an issue Chris is now offering an online class, Painting With Fire.
I can tell you from my personal experience, Chris’s heart is more than wild, it is huge and open.
