Let your plans develop from deep within.
One of my personal intentions for the Scorpio lunation cycle was to “Turn Within” with the goals of facing and transforming some of my deeply held fears.
The mortar and pestle seemed symbolic of Scorpio’s transformational processes. Since I am continuing my journey in the dark, I set my 8-phase medicine wheel around the rim and placed a compass next to it for orientation and I laid my prayer string out in front.
The cats, who seldom bother anything on that bookcase, found great delight in batting off the little pieces and knocking them to the floor. After two days, enough was enough. I put all the pieces inside the mortar and had an ‘Aha!’ moment.
My affirmation for this cycle:
The transformation process going on deep inside me is
giving me a fresh start; a new life, free of fear and full of beauty.
