May 6 – 9
During the New phase you are stimulated by sight, inner and outer. What you see, real or imagined, and the emotions triggered by those sights will qualify your experience this cycle. It is important to make sure the visual stimulation in your environment is emotionally satisfying.

Use this phase to form your intent. Take your time, see it clearly, and create a visual representation of it to use as a focus throughout this cycle.

May 6 – 7
Imagine your body in perfect health, able to support and sustain your activities. Appreciate the beauty and bounty of nature. Surround yourself with images that symbolize abundance and vitality. Imagine yourself at your most prosperous. How does that look? How does it feel?

May 7 – 9
Make a written description of the visuals that give you the most comfort. Be liberal with your adjectives, and then see if you can make a statement of your intention in 10 words or less.

Picture yourself in a nourishing environment. What additions to your resources would better foster your growth and independence?
